looking for an Immigration Paralegal with expertise in business
immigration, specifically focusing on H1B visas and nurse and
physician petitions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong
understanding of immigration laws and regulations pertaining to
healthcare professionals. This role requires exceptional attention
to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work
efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Case
Management: Manage a caseload of immigration matters, including H1B
visa petitions, nurse and physician petitions, and other related
immigration filings. Document Preparation: Prepare and review
immigration forms, petitions, letters, and supporting documentation
accurately and in accordance with legal requirements. Research:
Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, regulations, and
procedures relevant to business immigration and healthcare
professionals. Communication: Correspond with immigration
authorities, clients, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary
information, provide updates, and address inquiries promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, HR professionals, and
other team members to ensure timely and successful completion of
immigration processes. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all
applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to
immigration matters. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and
organized records of immigration cases, including tracking
deadlines, updates, and key milestones. Client Support: Provide
guidance and support to healthcare professionals navigating the
immigration process, addressing their questions and concerns with
professionalism and empathy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or
equivalent experience in Paralegal Studies, Immigration Law, or a
related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Immigration
Paralegal, with a focus on business immigration and
healthcare-related petitions. Proficiency in preparing and filing
H1B visa petitions, PERM labor certifications, and other relevant
immigration documents. Strong knowledge of immigration laws,
regulations, and procedures, particularly as they pertain to
healthcare professionals. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
diverse stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail and
organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in using legal software
and immigration case management systems. Ability to work
independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented
environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a Paralegal
or completion of a Paralegal program. Experience working in a
