be doing: Advise on visa & immigration matters, prepare visa &
immigration petitions, and facilitate communications with outside
counsel Research and analyze business and legal issues as necessary
Provide legal opinions and advice in connection with immigration
matters Provide assistance to senior counsel and management team on
various visa & immigration, compliance and projects as assigned
