JT4 SkillBridge Program - Intelligence Analyst Internship About
SkillBridge JT4 is partnered with the U.S. Department of Defense's
SkillBridge Program, which is designed to provide internship
opportunities to transitioning military personnel during their
final 6 months of service, thus preparing them for a full-time
civilian position once they separate. Note: This opportunity is
open to transitioning military members only. Non-service members
will not be considered for this position. JT4's SkillBridge
Intelligence Analyst Internship is a unique 16-week opportunity for
transitioning service members to obtain thorough OTJ (on the job)
training from JT4's top technical SME's. During the internship, the
service member will be provided a training plan outlining weekly
tasks and goals to be accomplished. The goal of the internship is
to prepare the transitioning service member for a full-time
Intelligence Analyst role at JT4. Some examples of required
Intelligence Analyst duties and responsibilities are outlined
below. NOTE: While the program is designed to prepare the service
member for a full-time, civilian position, JT4 has no obligation to
hire the intern on full-time or to continue the internship if it is
determined that the intern does not meet expectations. About JT4
JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple
western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy
under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as
J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test
and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting
aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and
tomorrow's global challenges. JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Perform duties as Intelligence Analyst (Scientific
and Technical) in design concerned with developments in basic
scientific and technical (S&T) research and development
including engineering and production techniques, technology, and
weapons systems and their capabilities and characteristics. S&T
Intelligence Analysts may be involved in Research, Development,
Test, Documentation, Storage, Reverse Engineering, Design, Human
Intelligence, or All-Source Intelligence. Compile, develop,
analyze, produce, and maintain technical documentation and
system/subsystem specifications. Maintain libraries of data and
documents acquired or produced. Coordinate and work with external
agencies. Direct interface and liaison with customers at all levels
from quotation to final design and test. Lead specialized technical
groups/committees. Design/draw technical drawings/schematics.
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE Completion
of specialized technical training and one year of directly related
experience is required. Must have basic experience in gathering,
compiling, analyzing, and developing products on various threats,
intelligence, and technological developments derived from the
research of databases, films, journals, images, HUMINT, SIGINT,
and/or professional contacts. In addition, an Intelligence Analyst
I must possess the following qualifications: Planning /
organizational skills, be able to work under deadlines Ability to
work independently with minimal supervision Must qualify for and
maintain a government security clearance. Must possess a valid,

RESPONSIBILITIES Each employee must read, understand, and implement
the general and specific operational, safety, quality, and
environmental requirements of all plans, procedures, and policies
pertaining to their job. WORKING CONDITIONS This position involves
work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards.
There is occasional lifting to 30 pounds, constant sitting and use
of computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while
writing, reviewing and editing documents, constant use of
speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental
alertness. The incumbent must be able to work duty days in excess
of eight hours and perform shift and weekend work to meet required
schedule demands. This position may require travel. DISCLAIMER The
