Job Description:

THE JOBIt is the primary responsibility of the Slot Technician to install, move and repair slot machines and associated equipment such as Ticket Redemption machines and Token Dispensing units. STARTING PAY RATE: $34.92THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Repair and maintain slot machine components including circuit board assemblies including but not limited to: Power supplies, Voucher printers, Bill validators, Video monitors.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using manufacturer testers and manuals, wiring diagrams and the internet.
• Assists with daily projects and maintenance on slot floor when necessary.
• Actively greet, interact, and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
• Perform shop and on floor repairs of slot machines.
• Repair and rebuild all mechanical and electronic slot game components.
• Ensure proper slot operation and maintenance on casino floor.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Pro-actively resolve any guest issue that arises, including the coordination of departmental assistance when necessary.
• Coordinate with different departments when executing projects.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment on the floor, shop and storage area.
• Sustain daily communications with co-workers and management.

• Notify supervisor/manager of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely and responsible manner.
• Maintain general property knowledge.THE REQUIRED
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience In slot repairs
  • Age 21+THE IDEAL
    • Working knowledge of electronic and slot equipment
    • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
    • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contact
