Plant ManagerDirect HireFood Processing/Manufacturing ExperienceLas Vegas RegionPay is Dependent on Experience.This is a 6 day a week positionKey Job Responsibilities:Responsible for daily management of the entire plant operation and support departments.Train, oversee and assess production staff and overall bakery production performance.Ensure that adequate programs and procedures are in place to ensure the food safety of product produced.Develop and implement standards that maintain the outstanding quality of our baked goods.Enforce strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP s), Sanitation and Safety Standards.With a focus on the front line and a bias for action, ensure associates have the tools resources and capabilities to succeed and deliver on expectations.Understand, coach and teach the principles of the Manufacturing Transformation, including lean tools, process capability and operational discipline.Responsible for all aspects of production and achieving key performance measurements related to personnel safety, quality and food safety, service, and cost, while continually improving process reliability and performance.Build a culture of mutual respect, teamwork, and professionalism, demonstrating active support in the Company s values and policies.Conducts performance appraisals and talent assessments of the team and recommends and/or implements appropriate training programs to address developmental needs.If you are qualified and interested in this position please send your resume to Kristie atkharnish blackrockres.com
