What You'll Be Doing: As a key leader in our organization, you’ll take charge of core HR operations and help foster a high-performing, people-first culture: Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Design, implement, and maintain effective HR policies and procedures Oversee compensation and benefits administration Advise and foster employee relations & conflict resolution Coordinate performance management systems to ensure growth and accountability Champion employee development and career growth initiatives What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field 3 years of HR management experience (legal industry experience plus!) Solid understanding of U.S. and Nevada employment law & compliance Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite What’s in it for you?
