Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg unit night
shift position requiring telemetry experience and an active AZ or
compact RN license. Responsibilities - Work in a hospital Medical
Surgical unit - Care for a mixed adult Med/Surg population with
remote telemetry monitoring as needed - Patient ratio of 1:5-6 -
Uses Meditech EMR; prior experience preferred, not required - Night
shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:30) - Rotating every other
weekend required - Floating to other Med/Surg units may be required
- Orientation held every Monday - Travel pairs are accepted -
Locals and first-time travelers are accepted at the same rate -
Former permanent employees must have at least a 12-month gap before
returning as travelers - Non-billable modules are included as part
of orientation Requirements - Active AZ or compact RN license
required - Current BLS and ACLS certifications required - Minimum
of 1 year recent Med/Surg experience with telemetry experience
required - Ability to provide a copy of driver’s license and SSN
