together. This is a full-time position Sunday-Wednesday. Employees
are required to have flexibility to work any of our 10-hour shift
schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00am - 5:00pm. It
may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional
overtime including some holidays. Our office location is 2716 N
Tenaya Way, Las Vegas NV. This is high volume, customer service
environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive and thoroughly
dealing with our members over the phone. You also must be able to
work on a flexible schedule that includes evening hours. We offer
weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be
based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of
employment. Primary Responsibilities: - Managing administrative
intake of members - Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and
the clinical team to manage requests for services from members
and/or providers - Process incoming and outgoing referrals, and
prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census
roles - Assist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage
cases for Clinical Coverage Review - Handle resolution/inquiries
from members and/or providers You’ll be rewarded and recognized for

in. Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2 years of customer service experience in a Healthcare Facility -
2 years of experience with medical terminology - Intermediate level
of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft
Outlook - Ability to work onsite at 2716 N Tenaya Way, Las Vegas NV
- Ability to work Sunday-Wednesday from 6:00am - 5:00pm, including
some holidays - Must be 18 years of age OR older Preferred
Qualifications: - 2 years working within the health care Industry
and with health care insurance - 2 years working in a hospital,
physician's office or medical clinic setting - 2 years working in a
call center - A clerical or administrative support background -
Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we

hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour
