What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and service team. Your focus will be delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Greet customers and provide outstanding service from check-in to vehicle delivery Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians Communicate repair updates, timelines, and cost estimates clearly Process repair orders accurately and efficiently Build trust, loyalty, and long-term customer relationships What We're Looking For Previous dealership Service Advisor experience preferred Strong customer service and sales skills Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes Excellent communication and organizational skills Administrative and computer proficiency Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Jerry Seiner Las Vegas Buick GMC?
