Position: Lead Plumbing Installer Purpose: To lead residential plumbing installation projects with precision, ensuring high-quality workmanship, team coordination, customer satisfaction, and adherence to all codes and safety standards. Expectations: Install water heaters, water filtration systems, piping, fixtures, and complete residential plumbing systems according to specifications and codes. Lead a team of installers and apprentices, providing mentorship and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and correctly. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members. Inspect work for compliance with local, state, and federal residential plumbing regulations. Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the project. Ensure timely completion of residential installations with high standards of craftsmanship. Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site. Support and train apprentices and junior team members to build skills and company strength. Participate in ongoing training and certifications to stay current with industry best practices. Job Requirements: Must be 24 years or older. Possess a valid driver’s license. Clear a background check. Minimum 3–5 years of residential plumbing installation experience required (lead or supervisory experience preferred). Strong understanding of residential plumbing codes, systems, and installation best practices. Ability to manage a team and lead projects with minimal supervision. Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
