This position involves performing on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties. About the Role As a Commercial and Residential Maintenance Technician at Unitech Builders LLC , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repair, installation, and maintenance services across a variety of projects. Your technical expertise and professionalism will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of technical services, including: • HVAC • Plumbing • Electrical Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations Maintain an organized work environment, including tools and vehicle Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and team members Keep accurate documentation of completed work and materials used Requirements High school diploma or GED (Trade school or relevant certifications preferred) Must provide a copy of certificate.
