Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Managers. They have a strong backlog of work and a lot of growth moving forward. Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards. Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements. Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans What You Need for this Position 6 Years Experience as Construction Project Manager Experience on TI or ground-up Projects for Commercial, Hospitality, or related Bachelors degree is a plus but not required - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
