A highly reputable firm in Las Vegas that's looking to add a strong Senior Superintendent to their growing commercial construction team. They're seeking someone with experience leading large-scale multifamily or healthcare projects of ($100M ) in value. This is a top ENR national firm with nearly 100 years of success. They’re known for maintaining a strong project pipeline, low turnover, and a team-oriented culture. The need: Sr Super to manage a large team on a $200 Million Projects Northwest Las Vegas. Candidate needs to have at least 15-20 years experience as a Superintendent. Candidate needs to have been the Lead Super on at least 1 project more than $100 million. Building is CMU and Steel, candidate must have experience in both.
