Job Description:

Your Best Management Group is a long term successful property management group that works for Bigelow Holding Companies which include Budget Suites of America. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: · Create corporate entity documents and file new and annual reports with appropriate government agencies, including the Nevada Secretary of State · Prepare licensing and permits for various state agencies · Prepare and maintain a database for all contracts and claims for multiple business entities · May also be required to prepare and file eviction complaints in Justice Court, respond to unemployment claims, perform discovery, respond to subpoenas and assist in document production · Assist in any contracts
