Job Description:
Your Best Management Group is a long term successful property
management group that works for Bigelow Holding Companies which
include Budget Suites of America. We offer great benefit options,

position includes maintaining employee records, running bi-weekly,
multi-state payroll, processing 401k contributions, tax deposits
and garnishments, as well as preparation of quarterly/annual
payroll taxes. We offer a competitive starting salary and benefits
package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer
match, 9 paid holidays and paid vacation. Duties include but are
not limited to the following: Maintain employee records Enter and
verify computer generated time cards Calculate manual time cards
Process bi-weekly, multi-state payrolls Process tax deposits, 401k
contributions and garnishments Process quarterly and annual payroll
tax returns Post payroll in computer and manually on ledger
sheets
