Job Description Clarity Therapy & Relational Counseling, LLC is currently hiring for a Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Professional Counselor or Licensed Social Worker. Candidate is fully licensed in the state of Nevada. Position is a 1099 contractor. This position will work with individuals, couples, families and adolescents in psychotherapy via in-person (primarily) and telehealth as requested. Job Details & Compensation Role: Independent Contractor (1099) Licensed Therapist Compensation: $95 per 50-minute session This rate covers a 50-minute in-person client session plus 10 minutes designated for charting progress notes and treatment plan documentation. Location: In-person sessions required at the One Summerlin building in Downtown Summerlin . Practice Type: Group Private Practice Requirements & Qualifications Full Licensure REQUIRED: Must hold a current, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D). or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of practice. Availability: Must commit to offering at least one (1) full weekday of availability . Open Days: Office availability is offered on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday . Professional Insurance: Clinician must carry and maintain their own current malpractice/professional liability insurance . Contractor Status: Must understand and accept the responsibilities of a 1099 independent contractor, including managing all self-employment taxes and benefits. Responsibilities As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing clinical care and managing key administrative tasks: Clinical Documentation: Complete all progress notes and treatment plans accurately and promptly. (Time for documentation is included in the session rate.) EHR Management: Regularly check and utilize SimplePractice (our Electronic Health Record system) for new discovery call requests and administrative communications. Intake/Scheduling: Promptly accept new discovery calls as assigned and independently schedule 15-minute introductory discovery calls with prospective clients. Client Scheduling: Independently manage and maintain your office availability within the agreed-upon days (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, including at least one full weekday). Why Partner?
