After Training: Performance-based pay (commission structure) Annual

Technician Purpose: To provide exceptional HVAC service while
ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining safety standards.
Expectations: Deliver excellent customer service with
professionalism. Perform full system maintenance, inspections, and
repairs. Handle refrigerants and complete part replacements.
Maintain detailed documentation of work performed. Communicate
effectively with customers about system conditions and
recommendations. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Engage in continuous education and training opportunities. Job
Requirements: Must be 24 years or older. Possess a valid driver’s
license. Clear a background check. Hold an EPA Universal
certification. OSHA 10 certification for new construction. Pass a
pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana. Job Type:
